How to Make Avocado Baby Food

Introducing solid foods baby doesn’t take to right away can be a daunting task. For this reason, I recommend introducing veggies and avocados before sweet fruits. Baby will likely be more accepting to them rather then after they taste the sweet stuff. In addition, avocados are packed with vitamins and minerals that are crucial in baby’s first year.

  1. I was JUST talking about this to my sister in law, not this exact recipe but more organic food for the baby because to be honest I am not a big fan of all the processed stuff for babys. This is awesome, I will share it with her.

  2. I hope this is not only for babies, except for the breast milk then, but vitamins we all need and this is a good way to eat avocado. I definitely will try coming weekend.

Excellent point about once babies are used to sweet fruits, getting veges into them can be a joke lol
The pre-made baby food is so foul, good to see sites promoting making your own purees like my mother taught me..

    • I completely agree, Jewell. Avocados are a fruit but they are not sweet and they are very nutritious! Introducing sweet foods can definitely make introducing veggies more difficult. Thank you for visiting! Your mother taught you well!
